brozap ("brozap", "we", "us") operates the brozap marketplace at brozap.com and its mobile apps. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and your choices. We respect your privacy and we do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

• Account & contact: your mobile number, and optionally your name and email.
• Verification: one-time passwords (OTPs) used to sign you in securely.
• Orders & addresses: delivery addresses, order history, and order amounts.
• Location: approximate or precise location (with permission) to show nearby shops and enable delivery.
• Device & usage: basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and verify your identity via OTP and transactional SMS.
• To process orders, payments, delivery, and customer support.
• To send service messages (order updates, security alerts) and, only with your consent, promotional offers.
• To keep the marketplace safe and prevent fraud and abuse.

3. SMS & communications

We send OTP and transactional SMS for sign-in and order updates. Promotional messages are sent only where permitted and you can opt out at any time. SMS is delivered in line with applicable Indian regulations (TRAI/DLT).

4. Sharing

We share only what is necessary with: the shop fulfilling your order, your delivery partner, and trusted service providers (e.g. payment gateway, SMS provider, hosting) bound to protect your data. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store full card details on our servers.

6. Data retention & security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.

7. Your rights

You can access or update your details, opt out of promotional messages, and request deletion of your account by contacting us.
