Features of the Brozap billing app
Brozap does a few things very well: fast bills, correct GST, stock and printing — on an ordinary Android phone or in a browser, with or without internet.
In the pilot (from 14 Nov 2026)
Billing at the counter
Bill in a few taps
Search by name, tap a product tile or scan a barcode. Change quantity, remove a line, take payment. Cash or bank/UPI is recorded on each bill.
Barcode scanning
Phone camera, or a USB/Bluetooth scanner that types into the app. Brozap warns if a barcode is already used by another product.
Thermal receipt printing
58 mm and 80 mm ESC/POS printers over Bluetooth or USB. Reprint any old bill. On the web you can print from the browser.
WhatsApp bill
Share the bill on WhatsApp instead of paper — good for customers who want a copy and for shops without a printer.
Works without internet
Bills, products and stock live on your device first. Nothing waits for the network. More about offline

GST, products and stock
GST tax invoice
Shop GSTIN, HSN code, GST rate per product, CGST + SGST, or IGST when the buyer’s GSTIN is from another state. GST billing
Bill of supply
If your shop is on the composition scheme or not GST registered, Brozap prints a Bill of Supply without tax lines.
Invoice numbers per counter
Each device gets its own invoice series, so numbers never clash even when two devices bill offline.
Stock that updates itself
Every sale reduces stock. See stock and pieces sold for each product.
Units and prices
Pieces, kg, g, litre, ml, metre, box or pack. Prices can include GST or have GST added on top. Money is counted in paise, so totals are exact.
Phone login and cloud backup
Log in with your mobile number (OTP). Your shop data is backed up on our servers in India and comes back on a new phone.
Hindi and English
The whole app in Hindi or English. Printed bills stay in English so they are accepted everywhere.
Android and web
An Android app for phones and tablets, and the same app in any modern web browser.
