Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Brozap app or the website brozap.com (together, the “Service”). The Service is offered by Devwipe IT Solutions Private Limited, India (“Brozap”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use Brozap for a business, you accept them on behalf of that business.

1. The Service

Brozap helps shops make bills, keep stock and print or share bills. Features may change as we improve the product. Features marked “coming soon” are not part of the Service until we release them.

2. The pilot

From 14 November 2026 Brozap runs as a pilot with a small number of shops. During the pilot the Service is free, is still being developed, and may have bugs or interruptions. We may change or end the pilot. We will tell pilot shops in advance before any charges start, and nobody is charged without agreeing first.

3. Your account

4. Your responsibilities for bills and tax

5. Your data

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for anything illegal, to make false bills or evade tax, to break or overload our systems, to copy or reverse-engineer the app beyond what the law allows, or to access other people’s accounts.

7. Third-party products

The Service works with things we do not control — your phone, printers, scanners, WhatsApp, Google services and, later, payment gateways. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their faults.

8. Fees

The Service is free during the pilot. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish the prices and give you notice first. Taxes on fees, if any, are extra.

9. Our intellectual property

The Brozap name, logo, app and website belong to Devwipe IT Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. Some parts of the app use open-source software under its own licences. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or always online. Billing on the device keeps working offline, but backup, log-in and sharing need the internet. We may update, change or stop features with reasonable notice where possible.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, especially during the pilot.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data that was not backed up. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (and, during the free pilot, to ₹1,000).

13. Ending the Service

You can stop using Brozap and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, after notice where reasonable. Sections 4, 5, 9, 11, 12 and 14 continue after the account ends.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to solve any dispute by talking to you. If that fails, the courts at Garhwa, Jharkhand (where our registered office is) will decide.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email before they apply. Questions: support@brozap.com.
